How a property check works
Clear and without hassle. From a free intro call to a written report you can make an informed decision with.
Book & pay securely
You choose the check that fits, area & neighbourhood check, remote property check, the bundle of those two, or an extended on-site check. You enter the details of the place or property and pay securely via Stripe (iDEAL or credit card). Your booking is then confirmed.
The check
We drive to the place or the property. For the area check we walk and drive the neighbourhood. For the remote check we view the property live with you via video. For the extended on-site check we are there longer without a client, open what we can, experience the surroundings at different times and where possible speak with neighbours.
Report
You receive a written report with our findings, points of attention and, where relevant, photos. For the remote checks within 3 working days, for the extended on-site check within 5 working days (with photos and 360° video). With that you make an informed decision: proceed, negotiate further or consciously walk away.
